Jay L. Hoecker, MD, is a qualified mediator on the Minnesota Supreme Court Roster of Mediators, Rule 114.
Dr. Hoecker was trained in mediation at the Hamline Law School's Mediation Center in St.Paul, Minnesota.
Dr. Hoecker is a retired Pediatrician who practiced medicine for 33 years. His medical training occurred at the University of Texas, San Antonio, Medical School, the Washington University's St.Louis Children's Hospital, and the University of Texas, Houston, MD Anderson Hospital. Dr. Hoecker retired from the Mayo Clinic, Rochester, MN, in 2007.
Dr. Hoecker has been working with families and their problems and transitions for 35 years.
